We always strive for the highest level of customer service. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me(Janice) within 7 days of delivery. I will be happy to refund your money for your purchase for unused and unworn jewelry pieces (for sanitary reasons) minus the cost of shipping.
Please ship the item back with a tracking number and a refund will be given back to you after the item has been received by the shop.
Your money (less the delivery fee) will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of the item.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping for the return delivery.
Please note that while I can adjust chain lengths and such, I cannot accept returns for custom orders.
If applicable, please make sure to use coupon codes for free shipping at the time of purchase. I cannot refund the difference if you do not use the code before you purchase.
